Frequently Asked Questions
Is there 24 hour care?
Yes - part of our house is attached to the kennels and cattery. Someone is always on site. They can here us and we can here them.
Do the dogs get exercise?
Yes - they have 3 to 4 sessions a day with a trained person in attendance. Little dogs have their own playground all day.
What do I need to bring?
Any medications required.
Do I need to bring bedding and/or food?
No - we provide comfy bedding and quality food.
Is there a pickup and drop-off time?
Anytime between 8am and 4pm, except Saturdays, pickup and drop-off is from 8am-12pm.
Do we need to call ahead?
No need to call ahead if you are already booked in. Just turn up during pickup and drop-off hours.
